At BrightNest, we take our work seriously. Every space we clean represents our name and our promise.

We are committed to providing you with reliable, careful, and professional cleaning services that meet — and exceed — your expectations.

These terms outline what you can expect from us, and what we ask from you to help us serve you better.

Performance of Services

When providing cleaning services to our customers, BrightNest agrees to:

  • Carry out all work in accordance with the booking details confirmed between both parties in a reasonable and professional manner to our best of our abilities.
  • Use the scheduled service time efficiently to complete work in accordance with booking details to the best of our abilities.
  • Take all necessary precautions to prevent any loss or damage to the customer’s property.

Customer Feedback and Disputes

After the cleaning session, customers have 24 hours to raise any concerns or report issues with the service or property damage.

If a concern is raised, BrightNest will:

  • Review the feedback and contact the cleaner involved.

  • Arrange for the cleaner to return and complete or fix the service to a satisfactory standard, at no additional charge.

  • Alternatively, reach a fair agreement with the customer regarding any service adjustments.

A booking will only be considered completed once all service-related concerns have been resolved. BrightNest and the customer will mutually agree on a suitable time for any follow - up visit if needed.

Customer Obligations

To help ensure a smooth and effective cleaning session, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide clear access to the premises and do what’s necessary to allow the cleaner to carry out their tasks efficiently.
  • Supply cleaning products and equipment (unless otherwise stated or arranged).
  • Maintain a safe environment for the cleaner to work in.
  • Report any damage or concerns to BrightNest as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after the service.

Payments

By booking with BrightNest, the customer authorizes us (or our payment partner) to charge the payment method provided for the total service fee.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
